In collaboration with FORM STUDIOS, we offer a FREE monthly fitness event that is called “#FamilyFit”…The purpose of this event is to offer an opportunity for parents and children to take part in something that they can enjoy together!

This event is ongoing throughout the school year and takes a pause during the summer, as many families are occupied during the summer.

#FamilyFit includes a 30-45 minute fitness class (type of class will vary), refreshments and a light snack, followed by free-time to socialize with other families.
